Zedot Construction has a complete management team assigned to
each construction project. This management team includes a Project Manager and
an on-site Field Superintendent. Each member is an integral part of on time,
within budget, quality projects. Their responsibilities encompass the following
areas: Project manager - has the overall responsibility for the project.
He is the Owner's primary contact and is involved in all phases of design, construction,
estimating, scheduling, cost control, on-site inspections and implementation
and monitoring of safety concerns. Superintendent - is on the job site daily and has the responsibility
of supervising all on-site activities: coordinating Subcontractors, staying
ahead of schedules, directing the labor force, exceeding quality requirements,
implementing the Safety Program and maintaining cost control. The Project Manager and Superintendent work together as a team to satisfy the
needs of the Owner. Prior to construction, an on-site, pre-construction meeting
is held with all subcontractors and key material suppliers to review safety,
scheduling and other aspects of the project. Once construction begins, regular
job progress meetings are held (attendance by the Owner and Architect is requested),
to review quality standards, job progress and changes in the scope of work.
