Safety

Zedot Construction is committed to producing projects in complete compliance with all applicable environmental, State and Federal OSHA regulations and to utilize construction techniques in a manner that protect our associates and the public.

Safety is our "number one" priority as evidenced by the preferred rating we enjoy from our worker's compensation carrier and our excellent mod rating. Studies have found that people's "perceptions" of their surroundings greatly impact how they feel. A clean, safe and orderly job site is perceived as a healthy environment and promotes good safety practices. This is especially important during the renovation of a facility that continues to operate thru the construction process.

Zedot Construction begins implementation of the company's rigid safety standard through a review of a prospective subcontractor's safety history. This review will make the subcontractor ineligible if the safety history falls below Zedot's standards. The scrutiny of safety continues on the job site where inspections are performed by Zedot's Superintendent to ensure safe work habits and safe conditions exist.

Zedot management and field personnel attend OSHA training courses and are trained in first aid and CPR procedures. Through continuing education and leadership, Zedot Construction, Inc. reaffirms their commitment to a pledge of safety.
